Pinnacle Business Services was founded in 1990 by John McEwan and Colleen Johnson.
They had a vision to provide a cost-effective, quality payroll service. Since then the company
has grown to serve companies with business in over 20 states nationwide. We have expanded our
services to include payroll and human resources software solutions, a variety of time and
attendance system and a range of employee benefit programs.
We have over fifty years combined experience in dealing with payroll matters. As we continue
to add valuable services to our product line we will never lose focus of our original goal:
providing small to medium-sized businesses with a quality payroll outsourcing solution.
Colleen has been Chief Financial Officer for five corporations. Her extensive experience enables
her to guide you through the pitfalls of operating a business.
John is enrolled and certified to practice in front of the Internal Revenue Service. He can provide
you with the latest tax information and save you time and money.
