Both of these partner program options allow this partner to develop their own payroll service without the cost and liability that goes along with the payroll business. OPTION 1 – “PINPAY PARTNER” This “Pinpay” option is designed for businesses & professionals such as: !) Insurance Brokers, 2) Benefit Brokers and 3) Sales Organizations that want to deliver payroll & related services (a.k.a. “employer services”) to their clients and not have all the operational issues that come with running a payroll bureau. This is also a great way for insurance and benefits brokers to combat the intrusion of companies such as ADP and Paycheck into to their book of business. NOTE: Keep in mind that ADP and Paycheck are aggressively marketing business insurance, health benefits, and financial services to their clients - thus ADP & Paycheck are seeking to “unseat” this current broker of record (which might mean you).
OPTION 2 – “BPO PARTNER” This “BPO” (Business Process Outsourcing) option is for those businesses and professionals that wnat to have a full-fledged payroll business – but again, without all of the operational issues.This would include 1) CPA’s, 2) Enrolled Agents, 3) Bookkeepers and 4) Insurance & Benefit Brokers that want to control the services and have a close tie to their client base. This partner will be able to get the payroll data they need quickly to help them provide their clients with timely financial data, no longer waiting on a 3rd party.
Online Data Viewing / Employee Self Service (ESS): This provides the partners client the ability to: 1) View their payroll data online and 2) Provide “Employee Self Service” To their employee (ESS), Reducing the clients workload.
Branded Website: Both options offer branded websites – this reminds the client who brought them this service.
** SETUP NOTE: Pinnacle will setup the company “Shell” In our payroll system for the BPO Partner, but the BPO Partner would be responsible for adding all employees and YTD information.
