Customer Training
Throughout the conversion process, from your first payroll to review report,
Pinnacle will be there to assist you. We offer training throughout the year to
help with special reporting needs, year-end adjustments, etc. We also provide
training opportunities for product demonstrations, classroom training and one-
on-one training depending on the services you’ve selected.
Our payroll training consists of instructing you on how to complete input
forms and how to best utilize output reports for your business requirements.
We prefer to take a client’s initial payroll over the telephone when possible so
we can provide you with a sample set of input forms to refer to when necessary.
The completed payroll and reports will be reviewed with your payroll operator,
in detail if needed. If something new happens in your payroll and a question
arises, Pinnacle’s support staff is ready to take your call.
Since keying in your own payroll offers you easy access to reports and many
other conveniences, our goal is to make you as independent as possible. Pinnacle
offers classroom training atmosphere and assigns a trainer who is available for
you by phone during the first input. Whether you need step-by-step instructions
or just get stuck and need some help, we’re there for you.
